Can any project be done by tomorrow?
No. Express is for clearly scoped, ready-to-start milestones where we have capacity. We agree your binding date in writing once scope and dependencies are clear.
What exactly is refunded if you are late?
100% of the agreed Express premium for the affected milestone, within ten business days of the missed date. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Austrian public holidays. The base fee is not affected.
What happens to tests and existing guarantees?
Tests and acceptance criteria stay the same. Regular delivery and the existing milestone or retainer guarantees continue to apply.
