weeks to pilot readiness at Twinsoft
One real client project
From prototype to enterprise pilot-ready.
We hardened an existing AI prototype under real demo pressure, ready for enterprise pilot conversations.
Read the case study on wavect.io →Pilot-ready after two weeks; the engagement ran three weeks in total. One client project, not a promised timeline.
Terms
Clear terms.
Every step is its own decision. You know what it costs and what you get before it starts.
| Step | Cost | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| First conversation | Free | Bring one example. We work out the next useful milestone and how to scope it. No obligation. |
| Weekly retainer | Cancellable each week | Agree the outcome and acceptance criteria, review demos and decide each week whether to continue. |
| Fixed-price milestone | Agreed before start | A clearly bounded outcome with price and acceptance agreed in writing. Discovery or audits, where needed, are scoped separately. |
Dissatisfied? Your latest week back.
If you’re dissatisfied, we refund your latest paid retainer week under the agreed terms. No questions asked. The refund covers that week, not the whole engagement.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Can we start with an existing prototype?
Yes. We first assess what you have, then agree what to keep, improve or build.
Does a weekly retainer mean a complete product in one week?
No. It describes the engagement and cancellation period. Deliverables depend on the agreed scope and readiness.
Who owns the code?
You do. Code ownership and handover are included in the agreed delivery.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We agree up front which results are good enough and when a person checks. We don’t promise an AI that is never wrong.
